It's time for more enlightenment

Dimmable low energy LED lights built to replace standard bulbs apparently have a narrow field of view, and require bulky heatsinks which if not earthed can be an electrocution hazard.

The LITMS technology hopes to have overcome these problems, and it looks like they will work with conventional dimmers.

On top of that they shouldn't burn your house down like the dimmable CFL's

Now this looks more promising [:)

*being lazy*

Did either of you (or anyone else) find a manufacturer / UK Supplier?

I'll see if I can request some samples for testing with various hardware.

Thanks

Hi Rob,

I put the LITMS Google search in my first post in this thread, and I originally found the bulbs here.

It does look like they will work with existing dimmers, but we will have to try one with X10 and BBSB to find out.
