Can the Harmony API be called from PHP?

For example is there a SOAP/REST interface?

Hi,

No, not as far as I'm aware.

The API is a DLL designed to be included in a dotnet project.

You may be able to write a wrapper that allows it to be used in other ways, but that's way outside my comfort zone.
